Remote Support

For several types of issues (especially during COVID19), you may not need to leave the comfort of your home, or have that comfort invaded by a technician. Metro Computerworks is proud to offer remote support via remote control software, so we may connect to your computer long-distance. As long as your device powers on and is able to connect to the internet, we can perform software repairs and hardware diagnostics remotely for $100/hr (minimum half-hour, charged per quarter-hour). We can perform many software repairs, including:

• Hardware diagnostics

• Printer configuration and troubleshooting

• Malware and virus removal

• Email client troubleshooting (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)

• System configuration

• Program configuration
